I am a psychological therian, I understand that I am physically human and that my body is human. I do not identify as an animal on a physical level.

therianthropy is identifying as a non human, on a non physical level, involuntarily. thats all you need. Gear and quadrobics aren't necessary at all. Gear and quads can be used to express ones therianthropy its not necessary. I personally have a few masks and a tail.
